Magnus Thor Bjarnason (b.1975) finished BSc degree in business administration with emphasis on marketing from the University of Iceland in 2003 and MSc in International Business from the University of Gothenburg in 2005.

After his studies he was employed by Nýsir as a project manager in marketing both in Iceland and abroad. He did a feasibility study of industrial facilities in the municipality Dalabyggd and showed how that project would pay off. He has worked on real estate marketing in Reykjavík and works now at the office off his home town Isafjordur.

Magnus Thor Bjarnason is interested in using natural resources in sustainable way and thinks the cooperation of scientists and entrepreneurs is necessary for that purpose.
